The major difference at this stage between otto and nido is the direction the company are going. Otto is tightening its geographic focus and getting rid of underutilised/ expected lower return service contracts and focusing on 2 or 3 service contracts. At the same time they are growing cash and have no debt so they have more options when negotiating farm outs i belive. Otto management are quietly working behind the scenes with little fan fare which is a world apart from nido who seemingly over promise and under deliver continually.
