It wont make any difference with OEL holders they all know about it already.The thing that might make a difference is the wording of the announcement and its exposure to thousands of BHP shareholders who may have missed the first announcement who might decide to put a few $ into OEL?
Anyways it would be surprising if the vol isnt up on the day.
