Oil did even better than the Dow. The momentum building across the entire the market, the sectors and in particular oil may start another run fuelled by panic and speculation, as occurred last year.
Now that funding is now no longer an issue Otto will appear more and more attractive to those looking for value as an entry. Regardless of Otto's history, nothing will take away what Otto has in the ground and more.
