There are a lot of worried bystanders wishing the Otter well. I feel better now that we have so many wellwishers.
So, will OEL hit 10 cents tomorrow or by the end of this week? Me thinks it will be 12 cents by Friday as the late comers wake up and rush in.
Otter is a champ. It can swim and run with the best of them.
