I checked, after excluding acquisitions, it looks like organic growth was around 18 %.
But organic ebidta is slightly negative for 2019 indeed .... Obviously it comes from these 2 acquisitions and the core business is just doing well IMO since H1 results were just excellent but I guess the management just needs time to generate synergies and to cut costs. I think a lot of these costs are one off and the bottom line will improve for the next results.
