a Mr Michael Botting was appointed a director in Oct 07. He's a non executive director and mining engineer
check the announcements back then for his pedigree, which is exactly the type of guy you want on the board
as I said, the board structure is exactly how you want it for this type of company, a good mix of technical guys and finance /legal types.
