    re: 2 new contracts in texas Saw that about houston, my home town, in that we bowed out. The city is making the four (acs, nestor ats, seimens) install a location as a trial. If the revenue is not going to be there then why waste the resources on a bum deal?

    Time will weed out those company willing to sacrifice profitability for a win. The more unprofitable contracts nestor gets, the sooner they will be out of business.
