I still believe that the PNA laos project is very marginal and full of technical and sovereign risk and that they are helluva long way from getting a mine happening.
I also believe the current market cap is way way north of where it should be.

Whilst PNA management are a little bit guilty of playing market sentiment by pumping out ASX announcements willy nilly they in fact do not control the share price. I do not begrudge them the opportunity the current market provides to raise cash as at other times the reverse is the case. I work in the industry - these times are to be made the best of.
It is actually quite amazing that they can pull off the placement they have. when you look 12 months back it would not have been dreamed of.
