Despite the attempt at a positive spin on the announcement, there have to be serious concerns over only raising approx 40% of what they were aiming for and over $100K short of what is being paid out for the settlement of the WA/SA License law suit.
Interesting to see the next 4C to see what might be left in the kitty!!
