sounds pretty silly if you ask me.. as for me i am out of here. As a short term trader this is definitely a dog stock. Uncertainty + bad market sentiment make USA very dangerous atm.
goodluck although i can see it dropping lower than 14 cents soon, it has consistently decreased for weeks on end.
