re: OUCH!! - redabyss. Hi redabyss. Saw your issue with automatic billing of a Telstra Account. I'm fighting a similar problem. My eldest set up a yahoo account while he was on holidays with the grandparents (he is 8) and recieved a heap of garbage as you do if you don't watch the settings closely.
They subsequently recieved a bill for over $400 from what looks like was an auto dialer in one of the emails.
Telstra are saying the same thing to us. Not their problem.
I think online credit card problems are well recognised but this automatic charging to phone accounts should be made illegal.
