You are joking aren't you? If their profit downgrade is a result of these type of disputes the company has absolutely NO certainity of revenue streams moving forward.

No wonder the stock is getting hammered.

The price is where it ought to be in view of what has happened today. The announcement undoes everything previously stated about stable and rising levels of revenue.

Management will have to prove themselves all over again now...if ASIC allows them to remain in office.

ASC holders have my sympathy. This is a sorry situation.
