The analyst reports are paid by the company... and the company would revise it before releasing it. Highly unlikely that the analyst wrote it up without consulting MSR.

Broker reports are usually wrong in terms of valuation and prediction of SP. Not so much in terms of project details.

I agree with not needing a railway for gold. but a poster KGZSEC (From krgyz) has raised the issue of road safety. So was wondering if there are security issues in transporting gold or construction/equipment arriving to the site without a railway.
