On this incorrect red herring re: requirement of train lines, I contacted the company:
No train line is required.
They did not commission or pay for that report.
I hope this puts to rest this point of debate.
Tango151, if you want to buy cheaper you will need to sow more accurate seeds of doubt. Knowing you seem to want to buy means there are others out there too, so I take this as a good thing. Good Luck with your purchase if/when you do take a dip and welcome to the Manas registry when you do :)
