"The analyst reports are paid by the company..."
Tango, did you read the disclaimer/declaration at the bottom of the analyst report? It doesn't quote that the report was paid/involved Manas Resource personnel during the preparation of the report. Of course if it was, it would have been different. This is what I've learned from CFA level 1 (standards and ethics) :)
