Problem is we assume directors are working for us when in fact by doing nothing and sending the share price lower they are creating a situation for the next takeover and the people to benefit will be themselves.

I doubt that they have even protected the mining leases, if forced into the acid test they would possibly not be able to lay claim to the leases. Yes, they would lie their back teeth off but would they actually be able to prove they have done work on the leases. The graphics for Rover 1 are possibly graphs off another mine. This is very dangerous territory. What is Andy doing? I trust him, but how much control over him do others have.
