I am one of the ones who said $1. Lets look at the facts not emotions rationally.
1. NWH is in the most unloved sector of the down turn mining industry
2.Everyday we are hearing a company or 2 giving profit down grades.
3. Its true when negative sentiment takes over fundamentals are totally ignored we all know NWH has only the mining equipment as debt and about $210 mil or so cash and around $300 mil as market cap.
4. Shorters are having a field day with the likes of BLY MND NWH etc. They only have one thing on their mind. Make big bucks. How do they do that. These stocks have to plummet.
So what will happen or what can happen. NWH wouldn't even have a clue at this stage how the mining sector contracts would go in the next month to next year.Possibilities are the capex will be cut down drastically by the Big boys in resource sector and that will create massive competition for the work which means very small profits. In this environment it only takes a abd news on China or a commodity plunge or a profit or guidance of work down grade from NWH to create a more panic selling and that plays into shorters hands. I can see now that it could easily go to even 75C as for the reasons explained above. But it will also bounce back very very quickly to say $1.25 or so from that 75C low. Once shorters negativity and panic combines fundamentals go through the drain. Dow is at all time highs too, imagine if Dow was to lose say 2000 points in a couple of weeks, what can that do to the sentiment. NWH is a Gem of a company in the wrong sector with a superb management. so it will pay for that.
