It is the classic enigma Esh. The fundamentals are getting stronger whilst the sentiment is getting weaker. It is true that the market is irrational just as often than when it is rational. Buy when it is irrational and sell when it is rational. Is that a twist on the saying of that Buffet dude?Or maybe something like saying value buying is the way to go.
Anyway, the POG needs this pullback in USD value in order to set the next leg up.
By the way, I agree Esh about the machine trading. One can tell by the high number of trades at low volume. They are playing the sentiment and even driving the sentiment at the moment. Who are 'they' though....... that is always the curious thing to my mind.
