NXT only owns 19.99% (declared) of AJD and it might not "own most of it soon" because TGP:360 Capital holds 19.9% of the shares. There is an on market offer by NXT for 92 million-odd shares at $1.87, less than 4% premium to TGP's offer.
Note that there are not too many takers at that price and 6,492,300 shares, mostly above $1.87, have changed hands since 31 July 2017 when "TGP:360 noted NXT's offer for AJD", meaning that there are a few people betting that this has still some way to go.
