    I'll bet you he can still manage to put a positive spin on it - well at least in his (& maybe phisheet's mind).

    I've had advice since my last posting that equity drawdown facilities are to be avoided like the plague, in corporate circles they are seen as the lender of last resort. And to answer my own question from earlier, thet are "hugely dillutive" to shareholders.
