Well said. I agree whole heartedly with your comments. I think there is a lot of potential in the Frances Creek area, and I think acquisitions should be done at a later stage in the life of TTY.

That being said, CSM was going to be given away at the price the CSM board first accepted, and I guess if anyone knows what CSM's fair value is, its going to be MK. If TTY get it, I think it will be a good thing. Would of liked to see them takeover OMH instead of CSM though. Just my opinion though.
