I'm not sure why (unless you REALLY needed the money) you would sell right now.

Yes, it's a pretty disappointing announcement, but there are still a couple of 'positives' (relative to the gloom, put it that way!!) :

a) it's a (potential) 12 month delay. At least it wasn't outright rejected

b) We may still get the urine piece sorted out, with the FDA using 'discretion'. Not really sure what that means...

c) We are still further down the track that any other coy in terms of getting approval

d) We now know how hard it is going to be for any competitor to get approval.

e) The coy mentioned that they don't envisage sales/revenue to be affected this financial year

f) If you stick around for the 12 months, you get your CGT discount.


Am I being overly 'silver lining in the cloud'?
