but what about that big short ?
its in THEIR (whoever they are) best interests to push neppy as low as possible, before news of any kind turns it around. the turnover remains low, and even if it a large holder getting out, that individual or fund is probably just covering losses elsewhere.
the top 20 from 31/1 hadnt seen anyone drop out, and this decline began well before then.
im still relaxed.
but what about that big short ?its in THEIR (whoever they are)...
