Maybe it is more than "merely rejecting some aspects of the claim" as you put it.
Yes, he is giving them a THIRD chance to present the case on behalf of their clients, but seriously, wouldn't you think they would "get it right the first time" if indeed there is a case ?
I do agree with your comments that BEN should have allowed more for write offs on the GTP loans. But increasingly, the bank appears to be correct is its position of not making any write offs for this.
The next court hearing listed for Feb 2011 should be interesting. ........................................................
