I have been giving your posts a thumbs up for some well reasoned comments, but not your latest one.

If BEN loses the case,( which is looking increasingly UNlikely), it is sufficiently capitilised to get by.
In fact right now I believe the BEN share price has the possiblity of a loss factored in. The market hates uncertainty and once this is resolved, either way I believe the price will move up.
So I have borne this in mind.

As far a some investors declaring bankruptcy if BEN wins, yes this will happen, but not in the majority of cases, so BEN will collect much of the outstanding money.
Some of the non collectable loans would also be insured.

Some of the managed investment schemes are still going satisfactorily and will eventually turn a profit. In these schemes investors and/or BEN will get their money.

The judge DID reject the last attempt by your solicitors. FACT

That's twice out of two attempts.

I expect a third attempt would, if rejected, be the last chance.

And no, I'm not in the least bit nervous as you imply, but I am puzzled.
