I have to disagree with you. If BEN loses the case, the current $18 million reserves will not be sufficient and Ben may have to look for an equity partner. BEn will need two to three anuual profits just to cover the losses from this debacle, let alone interest and reimbursement of fully paid up investors. Likelyhood of this outcome: Hope BEN loses but no idea.
If BEN wins, the share price will go up, no doubt. The uncertainty has gone and some funds will be recovered. I do not believe that BEN has insurance for the investors defaulting.
