Lawyers have an added benefit. They cant be sued for malpractice.

Lawyers might improve if there where lawyers with careers just suing lawyers like there are doctors.

All unelected professions except lawyers can be sued for doing a horrible job. This is one thing parliament should change.

Add reasons including things such as improper filing causing information to be left out of evidence, causing unreasonable delays, not explaining relevant legal options and poor presentation.

Right now if your lawyer leaves out evidejce that could aquit you of a serious crime, turns up looking shabby and cant string a scentence together it is you that may go to jail.
