dividends are only fully franked if your income is under the taxable limit any dividend payed out after the taxable income limit is met is taxable i'e if a millionaire is living off dividends the franking credit goes away depending on their income ,one would assume if a millionaire is living off dividends their income would be high enough to be taxable = now my head hurts
