Problem is. Before long everybody will be paying it.
As inflation takes hold.
Like the Victorian Labour party.
Land tax in Victoria was brought in for land over
$250,000 back more than 10 years ago.
All sounded good.
But they never indexed it. Its still is at that level.
So Everybody paying it now
Because every block is worth more than that now.
Its legalised corruption
