Bad enough?
@Kirkiecola is correct.
Jinan only have board representation to the tune of 34% without no casting vote.
The current balance of 2 vs 2 is fine.
Naturally Peter and Patrick are not going to agree to a replacement for Peter that does not maintain a balance of interest for all shareholders.
Anything that can't be agreed, as said by kirkie will be put to shareholders and of coarse we are going to vote in our interests.
I think I might start another thread, all this tree shaking is boring me.
