Historians are able to establish that Julius Caesar was born on 12th July 100BC. So, if they are able to establish that, despite the many alterations & implementations to various calendars, then surely they are able to establish when JC was born. Yes?
I'll also add that assuming JC was not born on the stroke of midnight, that particular day he was born would have both a BC and an AD component...
