My third attempt to post this information. At first HC said it was unsubstantiated , at the second try they have told me I am no allowed to post an opinion on the issue. This news is now at least 1 week old.

I hope it will be safe to say that given the share price in the last few days the market does not construe this news to be negative. My own views on the matter would broadly reflect the shareprice .... Mr or Ms. Moderator please let me know if I need a 4th attempt at this one.
