    nice find, however....

    i stlll struggle to understand the logic here? if i was the PM of a country that heavily depended and strongly supported a particular industry, if the difference between this going ahead or not is funding of $8m then surely i'd stump it up - and gain equity in that same investment at the same time.

    it's win-win.

    why hasnt this happened yet?
