Good volume today supporting .03, I think given the country where investing in, it is imperative to have all business aspects covered, legally and in a strategic sense, it's my hope that this is indeed the case. The Nigerian government may be changing their mind in different area's, it's anyone's guess unless your at the front line, I'd rather go through this pain and have it solid than rush through for an early collapse. GLTAH.
