A few possible situations here which would be insignificant:
1. A single case in one clinic.
2. Fake news, by ex-employee
3. Fake news by unhappy customer
4. Fake news by competitors
5. Fake news by shorters.
6. Some cases of genuine human error (eg selecting wrong doctor from a list on the computer screen)
Given the company has reported it to the police, they seem confident it is not true.
