None of our leaders take human caused climate change seriously and for good reason. They know it is mostly a beat up.
Where I live in FNQ the last unusually hot year was 1998 and ever since then my thermometer has shown a cooling trend. So by definition this so called global warming is certainly not global. This series of cooler than average years here must be happening in some other places too so no wonder many people are sceptical when told it's getting hotter when where they live it is not.
Anyway the world has never been able to agree on anything and stick to it so I predict there will never be any global agreement on carbon no matter what some countries might do.
