Dave that chart is a distortion of the true pattern of global temperature over the past. I like to focus on butcherboy's assertion that a small country like England back in the late 1700's/early 1800's has caused global warming. I like to know if anyone else believes in such an assertion. If anyone else does then I propose a separate thread to discuss this very topic. Otherwise, I expect butcherboy to retract that assertion.
