In moving forward if a manager does something wrong by these rules or whatever you call them, what then?
Given what RW has done you could not issue a warning letter, let alone help the person who has been wronged. Whilst ever RW is there nobody is going to respect anything!
Alphamale!RW is a fat, 70 year old male, with a history in IT and someone that points at a "Woke" movement to justify his actions. Hardly a killer mate.
