Not sure about manufacturing constraints, there are cash constraints but it is the engineering and project management, or lack thereof, that has slaughtered Carnarvon. Hopefully they have learnt valuable lessons and will get the next one right. Counting down the days till they flick the switch at Carnarvon, maybe this time I can sip the champers instead of sculling the scotch!
