Shareholders have been sent home empty handed and no information regarding the cripple plant's planned output has been published. Instead the company issued a lengthy press release re new exploration targets. As if it had any money to waste on such nonsense. Don't we have a well defined resource that is said to provide a 15 year mine life? What sense does it make in this situation for a cash starved entity like CNQ to unnecessarily engange in exploration?
Due to the lack of information no reasonable assumptions can be made as to how much revenues the cripple plant is likely going to produce. As an investment case, this story is dead unless such vital information is provided.
