Need to ask for proof of invoices paid from end of March 2009 until the BHP offer,as they said they were drilling at several locations up until that time.

Any one can show in an accounts program an amount being paid for a service.It is another thing to have proof of actually paying it as stated.
They need to prove that VNS were paying a monthly lease amount for the use of the UMC office space they were sharing.
