HI Dirty,

Could you expand a little on why you thought the meeting was well handled by management? Despite the strong votes against management recommendations, did they manage to explain things a little better and get folks, if not onside, then perhaps accepting the direction they're heading in? Am pleased to see no big sell off. A big buy up would be better, but doesn't seem to be anyone bailing out on account of the decisions there.
