Rampage I think it is the Govt of Australia adding credibility and support to the Govt of Queensland pacifying potential bond buyers that the Govt of Aust will back and support the Qld. issued bonds that are being issued under the prospectus
So I am correct, the fedguv has put up the AustCommonwealth as collateral to the bond holders for the bonds that the qldguv issues.
Does that not mean the bond holders now own the commonwealth or at the very least a portion of the commonwealth.
