our flagship product is gaining traction

I am most heartened by the IXP product. It has been shown to be the most superior (in fact no comparable product is available on the market as yet).

- Total potentail new cabinets = 2 million per year

- Our installed base = 3,000 cabinets

Forgetting about the past installation base, the future market is huge. Even if we capture 5% market, it is 100,000 cabinets per year which will generate around $20 M revenue (even at a conservative price of $200 per cabinet).

We have high profile customers like NEXTDC and Macquarie.

For the time being, I will forget about the PDT and Smart lockers - these will gain traction further down the road.

To me it looks like that IXP is like a coiled spring and when it unwinds (within the next 12 to 24 months), it will have profound impact on company's profitability.

We are in the right market (govt, Visa, Mastercard, Amex insisting on PCI and cabinet security), with the right product (no product compareable to IXP), with initial deployment with right customers (NEXTDC and MAcquarie and US govt) - for once we are on the cusp of explosive growth - all we need at this time is a bit of luck and agile and pro active management. The stars seem to be finally aligning for us - touch wood!!
