Victory announced the appointment of experienced mining executive, Stephen Promnitz, as Strategic Advisor to the Company. Mr. Promnitz is highly qualified and experienced, having had 25 years' experience working in Australia and globally in senior management, project development, investor relations, banking and equities. He has had extensive experience in the generation and execution of several mining projects, predominantly copper/gold, in Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, Laos, Papua New Guinea, Chile and Argentina. Mr. Promnitz has also had a great degree of in country experience in South America in identifying, developing and managing mining projects, and also in the area of community and stakeholder relations.
