IMO another MOU not worth talking about just like every other MOU out there talking about "their partners and how big they are ".

In fact that announcement today IMO is a dark day for the sector and clearly demonstrates that this sector is about as hot as what sleeping in an igloo would be like.

If this is the best they can do with all the work that's been done with a two year head start then it demonstrates to me just how little demand there is for major western groups to sign off on any binding deals whatsoever.

IMO its looking more and more like only one company of any scale is going to get off the ground here As fortunately for them and their shareholders they are in a position where they are fully financed and on their way to production as this IMO is getting harder and their lead time puts them in a unique position where they are able to control the pricing affecting the future of the whole sector.
