.....WW, there are plenty of ways VRC can secure capital, without having to resort to a CR and diluting shareholder equity....as I am sure you are aware.

I think you need to take VRC management at face value (and as Public Officers); if they say to a shareholder that a CR is not needed in the foreseeable future, then they are telling the truth.

The current sell down imho is completely overdone and represents outstanding value, as intrinsically the business has not changed from what has been outlined earlier. Mgmnt continues to deliver on schedule and on time and I expect the SP will shortly turn around and resume a positive trajectory.

I have topped up accordingly over the last few days and will continue to do so whilst the SP remains at bargain levels.
