I was trying to find whether Orbital actually delivered that paper in Florence at the SAE conference in June 2009. Now I spent about an hour checking the papers that were delivered and I couldn't find . Every possibility i missed it though, as I don't think they would miss that opportunity as Orbital has delivered many papers at these conferences all around the world.

Some of those papers were very interesting. I also checked the company Vialle in Holland where Orbital gets some of it's LPG that developed the LLi LPG system. It has distributors in many different countries throughout Europe.

So while I was doing this i came across something the Americans were doing in China to help Beijing to imporve its air quality and I though our government could be involving some of our companies like Orbital to offer help support to do something similar by a united governmental and business approach to these global problems.
