As other countries surely turn more towards nuclear power it becomes easier for them to reduce carbon emissions . The subject of nuclear power in Australia can not even be discussed. It is against Labor Party policy and the Greens turn appoplectic and start foaming at the mouth. Australia simply cannot turn more to renewables as they are expensive and nobody will invest in them , consequently those in the renewables industry all want govt handouts.
