Looks to me like institutional selling from AIEX referencing downsides post, possibly related to recent investor roadshow and another upcoming placement.
They seem to be able to issue 50m shares prior to 28th Feb and probably an insto wants them but is putting the pressure on to get them at a good price. Sell 10 million to push price down 30% and then buy 50 million. An alternative is a larger holder fed up with such a low priced dilution and quitting the company due to being sold out by management's inability to raise capital at a price that reflects work done on project to date.
